Tara Gratto Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Tara Gratto is a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.
Tara completed her undergraduate studies at Wilfrid Laurier University, with a focus on Sociology and General History. She also holds a Master of Science in Education from Medaille College. Tara is a member in good standing with the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP).
In addition to her current studies, Tara has over two decades of experience as an educator working with children in preschool through high school. During that time, she worked both in Canada and the Middle East, holding several positions including teacher, guidance counsellor, administrator and preschool owner, providing her with deep insight into supporting children and families with navigating school support needs.
Throughout her educational career she has worked with a diverse range of families, including those with neurodiversity such as ADHD and Autism. As an extension of this, she also has four years of experience as an educational consultant supporting parents and caregivers with parenting.
With a strong foundation in child development, social-emotional learning, and sociology, Tara brings a holistic and compassionate approach to supporting individuals and families across the lifespan. Her academic and professional background in education and mental health has equipped them to work effectively with children, adolescents, parents, and adults facing a range of emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.

Melanie Candido Registered Psychotherapist
Melanie Candido is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She also works as an Instructional Therapist for children and youth with Autism, ADHD, and other exceptionalities. Melanie has achieved a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Guelph-Humber and a Children’s Mental Health Certificate from Humber College.
Melanie places importance on having clients be the experts of their care, places their needs central in therapy, and aids in guiding them toward goals set together. Melanie strives to create positive change through collaboration and authentic connections with clients.
Drawing from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic practices, Melanie aims to create a safe and inviting environment for all clients of different ages. She focuses on the unique abilities and nature of individuals and builds therapeutic relationships that allow clients to feel comfortable and safe in expressing their needs. She focuses on helping clients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, conflict resolution, life transitions, and stress management in children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Melanie utilizes an integrative approach that allows her to work from various treatment modalities to meet the unique and specific needs of clients. She specifically works within the frame sets of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Client-Centred Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. Maria Carolina Saenz Therapist/Counsellor
Maria Carolina Saenz is Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario. Carolina holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá as well as a Mental Health and Addictions Certificate counselor from Durham College, Ontario. She is also a member in good standing of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP).
Maria Carolina brings extensive expertise in monitoring and fostering human development across private practice, hospital, and community settings. She has broad experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, older adults, individuals experiencing homelessness, family groups, emotional support groups, educational workshops, crisis intervention, and interprofessional collaborations. Her services are available both in-person and online, in Spanish and English.
Over the last ten years, Maria Carolina has developed strategies for providing emotional support in crisis intervention, mental health care, psychoeducation, trauma-informed approaches, and individual counseling. She employs a humanistic, client-centered, and systemic approach, empowering individuals to develop strategies for managing crises, anxiety, depression, substance use challenges, understanding behaviors, addressing relationship challenges, navigating grief, coping with illnesses, and facing other life circumstances.
