Meagan Lombardi is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She completed her Undergraduate at the University of Guelph with a focus in Sociology as well as her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and has experience working with school-age children, adolescents, and adults.

Meagan is passionate about supporting individuals and families as they share their stories, navigate challenges, and celebrate their successes. She provides a safe and supportive environment where you can be open and express yourself freely. Through attentive listening, a nonjudgmental outlook and unconditional positive regard she aims to help you build on your innate strengths and capacities, achieve your goals, and live a life that feels most authentic to you.

Meagan provides services from a place of empathetic and trauma-informed awareness. She understands that all individuals and situations are unique and works collaboratively to tailor and develop a plan that will address your specific needs. With patience and understanding Meagan works with you to determine a pace that feels comfortable, empowering you to identify your needs and ensuring the best possible treatment is provided, creating lasting change.

Meagan implements an integrative approach drawing on a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Person-centered, Compassion and Solution-focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Positive Psychology as well as strength-based and trauma-informed approaches. She focuses on helping individuals and families with anxiety/stress management, depression, life transitions, communication/interpersonal relationship skills self-esteem, and self-worth building.

Kimberly Tome is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Kimberly also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Family and Community Social Services from the University of Guelph-Humber.

With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, Kimberly has supported individuals across the lifespan—from infants and children to youth and adults—in a variety of clinical and community-based settings. Her professional background includes specialized work in infant mental health at the Hospital for Sick Children, as well as extensive experience supporting individuals with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attachment trauma, personality disorders, and complex emotional and behavioral needs.

Kimberly’s therapeutic approach is primarily person-centered and integrates evidence-based modalities including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and acceptance-based strategies. She is especially passionate about helping clients navigate emotional regulation, self-esteem, anxiety, life transitions, and relational challenges. Kimberly has a strong foundation in supporting family dynamics and is currently pursuing certification in couples therapy through The Gottman Institute.

Drawing on a strengths-based and trauma-informed lens, Kimberly aims to create a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment where clients can safely explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change.

She works confidently with individuals, couples, and families, and is committed to tailoring her therapeutic approach to the unique needs and goals of each client.
