Grethel Müller is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) registered with the College of Psychotherapist of Ontario as well as member in good standing with the Ontario Association of Mental Health professionals (OAMHP).

Grethel brings with her over 19 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults through trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Grethel is committed to creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and grow at their own pace.

Grethel holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Psychologist Title from Universidad Andrés Bello, Chile, with advanced training in Relational Psychotherapy and Personality Disorders.

The approaches Grethel utilizes draws from Relational Psychoanalysis, Trauma theory, Psychodynamic therapy, Mindfulness, and Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), allowing Grethel to tailor each session to the individual needs and goals of every client.

Maria Carolina Saenz is Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario. Carolina holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá as well as a Mental Health and Addictions Certificate counselor from Durham College, Ontario. She is also a member in good standing of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP).

Maria Carolina brings extensive expertise in monitoring and fostering human development across private practice, hospital, and community settings. She has broad experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, older adults, individuals experiencing homelessness, family groups, emotional support groups, educational workshops, crisis intervention, and interprofessional collaborations. Her services are available both in-person and online, in Spanish and English.

Over the last ten years, Maria Carolina has developed strategies for providing emotional support in crisis intervention, mental health care, psychoeducation, trauma-informed approaches, and individual counseling. Maria Georgina Arzola is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and she is a member with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Georgina holds a Master Degree in Counselling Psychology in Canada and an International Medical Degree (IMD) in Psychiatry from Venezuela.

Georgina offers psychotherapy services to adolescents, adults, and older adults in both English and Spanish, in online or in-person settings. She uses an integrative approach with insight-oriented and evidence-based modalities that she better adapts and fits each of her clients’ unique needs.
